Illustrated workflow of the CellQuant image-analysis pipeline. Microscopy images are processed through cell segmentation, puncta detection using Laplacian-of-Gaussian filtering and Otsu thresholding, and per-cell feature extraction, generating 45 non-redundant cellular metrics. Nuclear segmentation is available as an optional step.
