This could potentially drag on for 10... 20 years...
We need to get pipeliners to KSA yesterday and start quadrupling capacity of their pipeline to the Red Sea, and get all the Gulf States connected to it. And build out terminal capacity Yanbu. That would almost make the Persian Gulf obsolete.
