Heerlijk schoon huis en een oudewijvenmiddagdutje, ik kan er weer tegen. Eens even piperade maken.

Pour les personnes qui n’ont jamais osé : j’ai été manger toute seule au resto, parce que j’ai un rendez-vous dans le quartier juste après. J’en profite pour m’échapper du travail. Envie de manger peinard.
Et au cas où ça vous ferait peur : tout le monde dans le resto s’en fout que je sois seule !

So many tomato in garden! Too many to eat slice Gregor will make piperade which is wonderful in omelet with sharp cheese. Have a few nice hot pepper coming in many more are ripen now. Finally have ripe cucumber golden and firm for hot salad and spicy pickle....

I also love cooking Chinese and Gregor is very masterful chef with so much from garden we are canning and Gregor make Sugo and Piperade and hot Chow Chow relish from the green tomato (this is very good by the way).

I wanted to make just one time with all the heirloom tomatoes I grew, an overly elaborate ratatouille like from the movie with the raccoon who wants to be a chef, what was it called - oh yeah, Racaccoonie!
