"The Pireaus Apollo", a bronze statue of Apollo done in archaic style. While crafted in Greece in the 2nd-1st century BC it was done in an art style common in 7th-6th century BC, thus proving that hipsters have always been around.

It used to be awful. I remember in the 80s and 90s it was impossible to see Pireaus of the mountains from the Acropolis due to smog. It's not like that anymore though. Last three times I've been the sky was crystal clear even in August which is just amazing.

The spiciest trip for me was in Greece. Tried to stow away on a boat from Crete to Pireaus (nearly ended up being turned over to the port police). Luckily a couple of decent Greek chaps bailed us out.
