The Center and allies today voluntarily dismissed their lawsuit challenging a logging operation in the #PisgahNationalForest in #NorthCarolina.

We filed a lawsuit last month to halt the #logging, and days later the U.S. Forest Service cancelled the logging and the logging equipment was withdrawn.
The Pisgah National Forest, seen during its peak autumn colors. There are rolling mountains covered in colorful foliage. The sky above is filled with soft, white clouds.
