Not nearly as subterranean, but you might enjoy St. Fillan's cave in Pitenweem. Access is gained by asking the nearby cafe for the key. It's dark, so best if your arm glows like St. Fillan's did.

The Pitenweem Fish Bar was truly amazing, but it's been gone for a few years now.
