Echodrome Amiga Shooter is PixelPlop’s new AmiGameJam 2025 entry, packed with arena combat, bosses, and route choices.

Echodrome v0.12b AGA follows its AmiGameJam 2025 win as Pixelplop showcases the post-competition AGA release in a new video.

Loony Ledges 0.8 adds new 8-bit color palettes, selectable music styles, control options, and faster loading to the Amiga platformer.

Mit einem weiteren Vorschau-Video seines Shoot'em Up "Echo Fighter" zeigt 'pixelplop' die Fortschritte der letzten Zeit: unter anderem wurden zwei neue Gegnertypen und ein Bossgegner hinzugefügt, ebenso ein Asteroidenfeld-Level hinzugefügt, in dem der Spieler entweder auf die Asteroiden schießen oder ihnen ausweichen kann. With another preview video of his shoot 'em up "Echo Fighter", 'pixelplop' shows the progress made recently: among other things, two new enemy types and a boss enemy have been added, as well as an asteroid field level in which the player can either shoot at the asteroids or dodge them. Mit dem sechsten Vorschau-Video seines Shoot'em Up "Echo Fighter" (amiga-news.de berichtete) zeigt 'pixelplop' die Fortschritte der letzten Zeit: so wird der Spieler nun mit einem skalierenden "Wave"- und "Get Ready"-Text zu Beginn des Levels begrüßt. Die Trägheit der Schiffsbewegung wurde hinzugefügt und die Powerups sind jetzt größtenteils funktionsfähig, wovon aber noch mehr geplant sind. Wie der Entwickler schreibt, sei er noch dabei, den Spielcode zu schreiben, wodurch er sich noch nicht wirklich auf das Gameplay oder die Gegnerwellen konzentriere. With the sixth preview video of its shoot'em up "Echo Fighter" (amiga-news.de reported), 'pixelplop' shows the progress made recently: the player is now greeted with a scaling "Wave" and "Get Ready" text at the start of the level. The inertia of the ship's movement has been added and the power-ups are now mostly functional, although more are planned. As the developer writes, he is still in the process of writing the game code, which means that he is not yet really focussing on the gameplay or the enemy waves.
