In Long Beach, there's a house at 708 Gladys Ave. that looks like it's on Ozempic.

Both Guinness & Ripley's cited it as the Skinniest House in the US. Built in 1931, it has 2 bedrooms squeezed into 860 sq. ft. and even has a rooftop deck. It's a city Historic Landmark.
