On low-homology benchmarks, PLAME improved template-free AlphaFold2 predictions. With templates or AlphaFold3, accuracy was similar to database-searched MSAs. Gains depend on the setup, but PLAME offers a practical option when evolutionary information is scarce.

I would argue Dubya and Reagan were traitors. The whole Valarie Plame/Scooter Libby incident wasn't just a Cheney thing. And, well, the Iranian Hostage situation was absolutely treasonous behavior from the Gipper. I would also suggest that maybe Clinton was a little more than just unfaithful.
