Made a spreadsheet of ICE Licence Plates and checked the registrations. The Illinois Secretary of State has asked for reports of illegal plate swapping
Platewatch@ilsos.gov . Most of the plates have no registration records. I have reported this to the Secretary of States office for investigation.

You should report ICE to platewatch@ilsos.gov if you witness them tampering with plates. But I don't believe that AltNPS has "already submitted multiple videos."
Because who's "we?" Is AltNPS claiming to be here in Chicago? If they have these videos, why are they not making them public?
