Only 14% think that they get a quick response from regulators when they need help.

🚩 According to our #PlayingByTheRules report on regulation, only 1 in 10 small businesses say it is easy to resolve complaints or concerns relating to regulation.

Reducing the regulatory burden by just 25% could save small firms 95 million hours each year.

📑 It shows that small firms spend billions of pounds and millions of hours on red tape, but regulators and the Government rarely design rules with them in mind.
