Managed to finish it on the ol pocketphone in short bursts on a few days. V nice that it saves progress.

The SMALLEST phone of that era was the Mobiltronics 'pocketphone'. Bit of a misnomer as the thing was the size of a house brick but half as thick and cost $7k.
That was also when thermal fax machines cost $2k and were technically illegal to use on telecom phone lines.
Fun times.

There was a phone out called the 'mobiletronics pocketphone' but you needed a BIG pocket ( it was the size of a small paving stone ) plus you needed a DEEP pocket too ( the thing cost $7500).

Oops, pocketphone.

Back in the early local radio days we had a tiny UHF transceiver made by Pye called a Pocketphone. It could be used as a short-range adjunct to the radio car.
