"David Fizel" is most likely a misspelling of "David Fiszel", who is a NYC money manager and "philanthropist" -- Fiszel was a portfolio manager for Steve Cohen's Point72 capital, which recently bought a large stake in Trump's crypto grift

Steve Cohen has dumped almost all the shares in Fox Corp. that were owned by his Point72 Asset Management.

In March, he owned more than 12 million shares. Yesterday, he reported less than 71,000.
