Both Eevee and Gengar are poseable, and there are "quick" kits with fixed poses. I've built both "Eevee", as well as "Eevee (Sleeping Pose)".
Here's a few photos of them by themselves, as well as "helping out" with building the Master Grade Sazabi Ver.Ka. Some seams have been removed.

Pokepla series Miraidon
Despite not having played Scarlet and Violet, Miraidon still became one of my favorite pokemon ever (cause it's both a Mecha AND a dragon, of course)
The model kit required a bit of work to erase all the seams before painting, but it was well worth it

Further progress on the Eevee model! Most parts have been tacked together, and I'm waiting on the last few parts to fully dry and cure before testing what pose I want as his fixed pose, since I'm aiming to eliminate ~all~ visible seams on him.
