#Polyphonics
Consider this:
his eyes like onyx,
the polyphonics
of his baritone,
the harmonics
of a summer eve
and the crispness of
a gin and tonic.

Googled it and there isn't one. There's "The Polyphonics"

This is cool. Do more of this. Also who are the polyphonics?

Damn. Following up on this, I heard things yesterday that I didn't know were possible for a choir to do. There were times when I legit thought they suddenly added a synth to the mix. Nope! Just some real dope polyphonics babyyy.
Having spent this year listening to a frankly ridiculous amount of Ghost in the Shell music, I'm very excited to take a trip across the bridge to Copenhagen tomorrow to see Bulgarian Voices Angelite. This type of choir song served as the basis for the GitS OST.

Yeah, I agree. For the most part they play in different contexts. As Fred Van Hove said: "It doesn't matter that some people always link Mangelsdorff with the invention of polyphonics on the trombone, the first was Paul Rutherford... Albert remains a musical monument."

Horsegirl - 2468

Not even remotely what I was anticipating out of hiatus from this Chicago>NY trio as fiddle-flecked textured polyphonics dance a wonky dosey doe, penny dropped when I saw it was produced by Cate Le Bon. FFO Animal Collective, Feist, The Dead Milkmen, The Wiggles.

Karl Denson band was terrific. He came on stage & did a number with openers Polyphonics, and their sax player watched him like a Golden Retriever watches a beloved person carrying treats.

Something for this cold, blustery April day. Permissive Polyphonics, Enoch Light and the Light Brigade. 1970, Project 3 Records. 4 Channel Quadraphonic sound. Excellent. One tune has the Moog synthesizer swirl around the room. It's awesome.

I’d forgotten about Polyphonics. I can join in after all

the boys down in polyphonics are still workshopping a suitable rhyme for 'bearing'

I tend to play games on silent but there's a couple of bits in this where you need to listen and specifically where they play around with polyphonics. A lot of the dialogue options are a bit off but I get the impression it's being written by someone who's not a native English speaker but near fluent

it's pitched low enough you can do some cool polyphonics with it

Night out tonight to see @bellisper.bsky.social 's choir, the Polyphonics, performing their Xmas concert. Should be a good evening, they've rewritten 'I saw mummy kissing Santa Clause' so it's not just mummy who gets a snog 😂

...Fans are specifically designed for this, honestly.
Twice so if you harmonize with it head-on.

Absolutely love the Georgian polyphonics. I probably first heard it sampled by Kate bush - Tsintskaro by the Basiani ensemble on Hello Earth but also on the Nosferatu film! Fab music!

It feels like they got bored, or that they're worried that people will complain that they're too close to the original, but it feels like they turned a hit song into polyphonics for no reason.

You ever try any of that polyphonics stuff where you hum a note while playing another? It’s like those Tibetan throat singers that can also whistle while singing. I’m going too far for a dream joke, I have just realized.
