I think the main thing the "Not PonyStream" thing signifies is the fact that it's not running on the original PonyStream backend

The last event on PonyStream ended like an hour ago and all the infrastructure is now deleted. Yes, all of it, including the loadbalancer, radio-relays, messaging infrastructure and so on.
The loadbalancer had an uptime of 99.999% over the past 4 years - now its finally down. Permanently.

Interestingly it specifically says it's not PonyStream. It also no longer has separate servers for different parts of the world, and only one latency option.
