かなり久しぶりです。
ポークジンジャーといえばこちらの名前が出てくるほど有名。
リブロースの方が柔らかいんですが、今日はしっかりした噛みごたえを求めてロースにしました。
ポークジンジャーとは別に”豚ロース生姜焼き”もあって、そちらは薄切り、こちらは厚切り1枚、ただ、そこまで分厚くなくてちょうど良い厚み。
結構待たされたけど、その分美味しく頂きました。
