-this distinct brand of chicken/vegetable Korean potsticker I can’t remember the name of but can always recognize the bag
-Sriracha, hoisin, fish balls, various Thai and Japanese curry pastes as needed
-“fresh” kimchi and other various sides if I’m feeling it
-red bean mochi

Unexpected gifts today. Received homemade potsticker soup, a jar of pickled peppers (for real), pepper seeds for the gardening collective I organized, lovage plants for said garden and $250 towards the soil needed for the next season of growing. Many thanks to the two lovely women who did so. 🥰😘

Day 2 of dumpling week: store bought ravioli I cooked potsticker style and then added a nice jarred marinara sauce. Accompanied by storebought ciabatta sliced and toasted with butter and roasted garlic, and a tomato cucumber salad.
