Going to call him Jesus of Pravastatin
Trump, following his unprecedented denunciation of the Pope, posts an image portraying himself as Jesus Christ.

Question for Long COVID patients for a journalist:
did any of you try a protocol involving maraviroc / pravastatin related to IncellDX and/or the Chronic Covid Treatment Center?

@elisabethbik.bsky.social Story notes claim that Dr. Patterson has treated 12k patients. Yet this doc, whose company owns the patent for use of maraviroc to treat long covid, has to date managed to publish a chart review of 18 patients. His in-house unregistered IRB prompted queries:

I think at this point, Trump has become a big blob of cholesterol.
Perhaps a jet of liquid pravastatin will melt him?

Pravastatin is still a major interaction, but rosuvastatin has grapefruit listed as a moderate reaction and erythromycin as a minor reaction, so I think that's the one you wanted!

Took my first 10 mg dose of Pravastatin last night and I do believe that will be my last. I had insomnia, woke up in the middle of the night with pain in my left arm severe enough to cry and numbness. Got up and my lips went numb and I started shivering, extremely thirsty. Finally fell back asleep-

first up: Pravastatin. Very common medication. Good for unhealthy idiots who run out of breath after running 5 feet. (me)

Mark's got an 80 count(?) bottle $7.62.

TrumpRx has nothing. The website says Trump announced "his healthcare plan" in September 2025 by EO but the website doesn't work.

Ah yes, from the same people that bring you “PA required for rosuvastatin. Try simvastatin, pravastatin, or rosuvastatin” 🙃

Nothing new here, but a great review nonetheless of Covid effects on coronary arteries, mitochondria, and inflammation. It’s one of the reasons I try to keep my patients on a statin while taking Paxlovid.
Pravastatin can be used as it is not contraindicated. Going to write a post on this soon!

2/ My memory says pravastatin or rosuvastatin. Those are less associated w/ muscle issues (rhabdomyolysis), and I think the lack of CYP3A4 is a hypothetical rationale.

Latter is also very effective and is what I asked for when I needed a statin.

Thanks, rah, as always, for being so informative.

Red ones look like ibuprofen, little white 1 8 is a benzo (possibly alprazolam/xanax) I think, white circle is sertraline maybe, last white one looks like paracetamol to me and I’m lost on the brown one but if I had to guess based on the letters I’d say pravastatin.

I started on them - leg muscle pain - then the one's beginning with R - more muscle pain - now Pravastatin - groin muscle pain. I think they're all from the same family. *sigh
