As week 2 of #PrepCom3 begins, delegates are continuing discussions on key issues and considerations for implementing the BBNJ Agreement before the first Conference of the Parties (COP).
Delegates attending #PrepCom3 for #FfD4 have initiated discussions on how best to address systemic issues, including increasing #inequalities, extreme #poverty, risks of spillover effects of macroeconomic policies and financial crises to developing countries, and a widening financing divide.
