InfinityFree isn’t the only hosting that uses iFastNet’s free hosting infrastructue. If you happened to have used another service that uses the exact same infrastructure (with big names like ProFreeHost, AeonFree) you’ll be met with the same issue. Are you sure that you are using a different hosting that have no relation to iFastNet? Besides, if you are redirecting your .com domain to your free .rf.gd domain then of course it won’t work.

You need to remove the said domain from ProFreeHost (ezyro.com). We cannot help you. This happens because both us and ProFreeHost uses the same reseller platform and the underlying system don’t accept a domain across multiple providers.

From what I can tell you are actively trying to redirect the users to the ProFreeHost domain which is what your domain is doing right now. And for this particular reason I can only tell that the redirect works. If you want to troubleshoot other issues you must disable the redirect.

Wdym old domain property, I mean it shouldn’t be possible or it maybe ig a dns or something still pointing to Profreehost you mean right? Changing cloudflare system or DNS records I mean how can I fix that!? For Migration, thank you for clarifying that.

<p>If your hosting account is actually suspended you will immediately know how to which doesn’t seem to be the case.</p> <p>Going back to your original error message reveals that the domain is still in use on <code>ezyro.com</code> which translates to ProFreeHost.<br /> If you deleted the domain there, then this means that you have <strong>never added your domain successfully</strong>.<br /> If you are actually suspended there then you must contact them to get this issue resolved.</p>

Basically, the account is locked in place and inaccessible. It means your website and control panel will be inaccessible, but any domains that were on the account when the account was closed will remain on the account until the account is deleted. To fix this, you can reactivate the account, and when it is back up again, go into the control panel and delete your domain from the account. When you remove a domain from an account, it instantly becomes available to add to another hosting account.
