Proctorio has now been suing me for 57 months. That’s a lot of $$$$$ for a lawsuit with no harm. Proctorio has never advanced a credible theory for how they have been harmed simply because I cited 7 YouTube URLs in critical tweets. URLs which could be found in dozens of other places online.

Proctorio will drag this out as long as they can. I was 36 when I was sued, now I'm 41. One day I will be free from this meritless lawsuit, but I will never be defeated and have the pro bono legal counsel needed to sustain the fight as long as it takes.

I’m struggling with letting Google go mainly cause of Chrome. It’s a shitty browser, but it’s the only one that works consistently with Proctorio, which I need to complete my degree. I’ve tried Microsoft Edge, Opera, Firefox, Safari, none of them run Proctorio properly and it pisses me off :/
