Cold Weather Alert! NARCAN® Freezes at 5°F Did Vau Knnu? Naloxone nasal spray freezes at temperatures below 5° Fahrenheit. If Naloxone is frozen, it will not spray (the plunger will not move when you press it. The Risk If frozen, the plunger may not work when you need it Do Keep it on your body (body heat) or store it indoors. Don't Leave kits in your car overnight. Chicago libraries have free Naloxone.
