Referendum construction update: district says bid package 1 largely complete, savings to help later packages

Sitting at the dining table in a tranquil setting, perfect for a productive writing session. A Surface tablet displays a document with an introduction section, while handwritten notes on loose sheets of paper and a pencil rest in front of it. To the left, an open notebook contains structured notes, alongside a vintage-style pencil sharpener. A brown backpack sits open with a pen visible inside. A wireless mouse, a small ruler, and a pair of wireless earbuds are scattered on the table top.
