this is complicated. i was raised fully indoctrinated, prolife, clinton hating, hate the sinner not the sin. i've spent most of my life defending progressive beliefs like "everyone should have access to health care" and "black people deserve reparations" etc.

Prochoice policies like accurate sex education, available birth control make unplanned pregnancy less likely. Prolife tactics like abstinence only sex ed and shaming women at clinics, don't lessen pregnancy
