Ukraine’s General Staff confirmed overnight strikes on the Promsintez explosives plant in Chapaevsk and the Yaroslavl refinery. It says Promsintez makes explosive components for bombs and missiles and produces 30,000+ tons a year, and the refinery processes about 15M tons annually.
