Delinquent-tax attorneys told the court Starr County collected about $1.962 million in the six-month period ending March 31, 2026, and commissioners approved a resolution to resell 18 struck-off properties (none homesteads) and authorize lower opening bids to encourage sale. The county set a tax sale for July 7.
