PA’s HB 1460 passed the House 121-82 but remains stalled in a Senate committee as of Feb 2026. If signed, it’ll ban predatory leasebacks and let the Attorney General block "raids" from #PrivateEquityVultures like LGP (5/5)

LGP’s strategy was "vulture extraction." In 2018 Prospect medical had no choice but to take a $1.1B loan and had to send ~$457M to LGP & investors as dividends. Hospitals were left with all the debt - LGP took the loot. (2/5)
