Town council approves PD amendment for mixed retail, light logistics and "cottage" units at Lovers Lane and University Drive
The Prosper Town Council on Aug. 25 unanimously approved application zone 260006 to amend PD 27, allowing a three‑tract development with retail, office‑warehouse and smaller "cottage logistics" bays. Council members said the developer incorporated changes to address neighbor concerns about height, setbacks, screening and lighting.
