Q2 well it’s very early days (but feels a bit like old times!) I have been trying to encourage colleagues at #MPFT and specifically #TeamCandF to migrate from ‘the other place’. Maybe we need an #NHSSky! Also trying to connect with other users of #liberatingstructures and maybe #Proud2bOps

I am also a member of #proud2bops and at a recent F2F congress found a group of ops managers in CYP services - we are starting a little network within the network with a gathering planned in January #proud2bCYP

I have been here a few days. Trying to encourage others from both my Trust and Proud2bOps to join here. It feels a much more helpful space to network and share ideas. Lots of #Medsky here - will be great to grow the management & leadership community here too #NHSsky

Great day at the Proud2bOps event in London today. All things 10 year plan, with a rebel alliance (?) in the room putting CYP on the agenda in their own right!

On Radio 4 this morning he did suggest that local context would be taken into account. I was really inspired by Wes at Expo 2023 but today’s news has made me think old wine in new bottles. What gets measured becomes amplified. Besides fear and shame never makes for great leadership.
