I think I may slowly be climbing out of the hole I was in. Adding* back the morning dose of my anxiety meds (which I'd paused when I started taking depression meds, because I was getting knocked flat with both at the same time) is helping.

Had an appt with my psychNP today and told her I felt like I was doing pretty well, ALL THINGS CONSIDERED...
...and starting this afternoon, I feel like I'm sliding down a hill through the mud into the pit. 🤷

It’s just a map, a clue as to what MIGHT help you. A WELL studied star map, researched DEEPLY for DECADES.
But, does the Big Dipper “exist”? OR - is it just a template to help navigate the world?

I need you to know that the DSM does not define you.
It was never meant to say who you are.
It’s just a map, a clue as to what MIGHT help you. A WELL studied star map, researched DEEPLY for DECADES.
But, does the Big Dipper “exist”? OR - is it just a template to help navigate the world?
