I see right wing extremist pub landlord and GB 'News' gobshite Adam Brooks is just catching up on news from October last year.
These new regulations were proposed by the last Tory Govt and implemented by Labour.
Needless to say, Pubman doesn't explain why he opposes the anti-scammer measure.
