"I believe drug addiction is an illness to be treated, not a crime to be punished." - nurse’s statement from an episode of Maigret set in 1950’s Paris. This show may be fictional but no truer words were ever spoken! I agree with her 100%. #digitalPhotographybyneileclement #TAPS #TheAbsolutePowerSyndrome #stopdrugwar #outlawdrugcommercials #policeAbuseOfPower #AmericanJusticeSystemCorruption #PublicExtortion #police #courts #districtcourts Photo © 2018 Neil E Clement, All Rights Reserved
