Yep. Ralph signed with the Blues in April. He played in a handful of games for Springfield last season, if I recall.

We've seen a handful of players picked up on waivers already this year.

I looked at them and what they might bring to the table for @DailyFaceoff:

I didn’t even catch that. It’s not a bad deal, just funny timing on the Puckpedia post

He’s young and still learning the system. I’m irrational and puckpedia sent this after he was out there for goals 1 & 2 against

Per @PuckPedia, the Leafs have placed Max Domi and Dakota Joshua on LTIR

Went to look at the particulars of the Matthew Knies trade and am once again disappointed by the massive name downgrade from Capfriendly to Puckpedia
September 28, 2026 at 9:43 PM
Per PuckPedia, Sabres opened with all three goalies, 6-D (Dahlin, Power, Zellweger, Crevier, Grzelcyk, Metsa), and 14-F (Norris, Benson, Thompson, Doan, McLeod, Krebs, Quinn, Malenstyn, Danforth, Carrick, Helenius, Ostlund, Kulich). Zucker, Sheary, Samuelsson, & Timmons on IR.

Using PuckPedia and CapWages to plot the path of the 2027 2nd round pick (whatever pick that it truly is), so bear with me...

Marchenko gets 6 times 12.5

So the Leafs have some cap work to do now I believe.

Puckpedia will update soon.

But first thought is wow it’s weird getting used to this new normal of 12 million thrown around all over the place.
September 28, 2026 at 9:07 PM
It's funny, PuckPedia has Marchenko signed with the Leafs for 6 years at 12.5/per, but no particulars on the trade itself.

Holtz, Heinola, Røndbjerg, Tuomisto and Laczynski are on waivers, per @PuckPedia.

That puts the Golden Knights at 13 forwards and seven defensemen. Raphael Lavoie is the 13th forward.

Thank you, Danny Webster

Per @PuckPedia, the Dallas Stars have placed 33-year-old forward Colin Blackwell on waivers.

The Stars do not have the cap space currently to carry a full 23-man roster, and probably not a 22-man roster either. Likely will have to decide if they want to keep 13F/6D or 12F/7D.
