The Pulaski County Quorum Court voted to send two resolutions and two ordinances addressing high‑intensity digital infrastructure (data centers) to the county planning department and planning commission for study, public hearings and a recommendation within 90 days.

A proposed 90-day moratorium on permitting and review of high-intensity digital infrastructure projects in unincorporated Pulaski County was introduced, debated at length with planning staff and county attorney, then withdrawn by motion after members raised legal and scope concerns.

The Quorum Court approved Amendment 1 to Ordinance 26 I 56 to strike an emergency clause; the ordinance — which would classify high-intensity digital infrastructure as heavy industrial and create conditional-permit processes and fee/monitoring provisions — was placed on first reading for later consideration.
