aghhhhh!!! the upload speed at my parent’s is so assssss, and i’m pretty sure a lot of it is due to throttling!!!! i’ll watch upload speed tests fall at around a mbps/sec (mb/s^2?) and files stall out after getting halfway through the upload!!! *pulls out fur*
