I don't quite grasp the overall intended point but if (per web search) Ukrainians derisively refer to Putin as Putler and anything Putin related as Putlerist, well, okay, kind of awkward but I see where they're going.

Because stopping putlerist-ruzzian war-machine is in everybody's interest. Of course it is Ukraine first and foremost and it is the security of the rest of Europe, but it is also an opening for Russia to try become something normal.
