..allowed it with qd2, and was instantly in trouble. 4 moves later vaishali landed bf3, and we in the studio thought the game was over. in fact, we're not even near the final bend in the road here. kateryna correctly played gxf3 exf3 qd3! there, and diag2 is the only way for black to win 11/n

lagno vs vaishali, 34.qd3 rxe3!! qxg6 kh8 fxe3, and now you have to first see, and then correctly assess, the only winning (also the only non-losing!) move Nf6!!

My Fritz also gives 15.Qd3 a green light, even prefers over Qc2. Qd3 is also quite normal in these catalan lines.
