Domestic QKazu... Q waking up earlier than Kazuki because it's his routine. Goes to the bathroom in exact hour and minute, then it becomes such a routine that he knows that in 5 seconds after he finished shower, kazuki will wake up. And voila, a sleepy Kazuki joining him brushing teeth together.

But showing weakness in that facility was a death sentence under Tenshin’s law. Only the strong survive, and Q knew what he had to do. All he was meant to do was win and trample anyone who gets in his way, no matter the opponent. He needed to do everything himself, which led to a life of isolation and hardship. So having Kazuki flush against him with an eyeliner pencil in his fingers and a teasing smile on his lips… it’s too much for Q’s heart. He isn’t used to this kind of closeness. Or; Kazuki helps Q with his eye makeup.
