Senior Men The Senior Men's competition featured Antrim, Instonians Harlequins and Queens. I caught up with the first half of the Women's All Ireland EYHL 2 Group match between Queen's University and Corinthian at the Dub on Saturday afternoon. Queen's looked well in control in the first half with Pippa Wilson, Jenna McCarlie and Megan Cochrane all making strong runs into the circle. Pippa Wilson had a strong Q1 for Queen's However, Corinthian's Leanne Kelly was a formidable first line of defence and on the odd occasion the Queen's players got past her they found Corinthians keeper Berne Van Wyk quickly out of her blocks.

We caught up with the first half of the EYHL2 Pool B match between Queen's University and University of Galway at the Dub on Saturday afternoon. I only caught the first half of this one but Queen's University took control early and were on the attack from the starting whistle. Eva Gaston got plenty of early touches for Queens. The Belfast side always look super smooth when Zoe Wilson starts and the veteran looked to be enjoying this one as she effortlessly spread the ball around to willing runners Eva Gaston and Katie Kimber who saw plenty of possession in the first half.

We caught up with the Irish Senior Cup KO16 match between Pegasus and Queen's University at The Dub on Saturday evening. Unfortunately the getting across town traffic issues still persist and the game had already started by the time we arrived and we didn't get pitch side until the end of the first quarter.
