Memories ! Long before the grave of Princess Bamba (eldest daughter of Maharaja Dalip Singh) was desecrated in 2019, I had the good fortune to visit her, as she lay in the Gora Qabristan (a historic Christian cemetery) on Jail Road in Lahore, Pakistan. Bamba died in Lahore on March 10, 1957.
