MRC L'Érable south of Plessisville on chemins Craig & Gosford is on of the best-best-best road rides in Qiebec imo.
The first time I rode here 20 years ago I looked at my pal and said, "This is just the best, isn't it?"

There's a Christmas advert for a mall in town and it's slogan is "Rideau Ho-Ho" and it reminds me of the time Qiebec wanted everyone to say "Bonjour Ho" (anti-anglo feeling), but didn't realize the alternative meaning in English. It's not the same but it's just the reminder
