One chapter was literally titled: "LIVE 75 YEARS AND 75 MORE." The authors wrote that under favorable conditions: Bones could last 4,000 years Lungs could last 1,500 years * Skin could last 1,000 years The heart, liver, and stomach could last 300+ years So what did they believe caused disease, aging, and early death? • The accumulation of "animal soil" and insoluble mineral deposits inside the organs and arteries. They compared it to mineral scale building up inside a tea kettle over time. And according to the book, the solution was surprisingly simple: Distilled water.
