Tweet from Riley Check @holisticgrenade Glasses and contacts are terrible for your eyesight. If you want to see better you must lower your prescription and eventually stop wearing them. These are the 3 most important actions I took that helped me quit wearing glasses after 15 years: 1. Watching the sunrise/sunset daily 2. Eating a diet of real whole foods 3. Protecting my eyes from artificial light Diet and sun exposure play a huge role in healing eyesight but protecting the eyes from artificial light is by far the most important. High quality blue light blocking glasses can be purchased online for under $30. Healing your eyesight is a long journey but it is worth it. 03:56 • 2/11/2023 from Earth • 4K Views 25 Reposts 103 Likes 43 Bookmarks
