However, creating new qualtrics is a pain in the ass, so I made this python script that converts markdown into qualtrics quizzes:

It is a real Discord survey. The 'sjc1' subdomain just points to a particular Qualtrics data centre, but you can take that out and the link still works. Discord has used Qualtrics for years, and nobody else would be able to make a survey at the 'discord' subdomain.

Qualtrics is getting too expensive and our institute is considering switching to another survey software.
What can you recommend?
Needs to be user friendly, have reasonable support, handle similar features to Qualtrics, and be cheaper.
