Queen Anne's County commissioners adopted a five-year transit development plan presented by the county Department of Aging and Transportation and KFH Group, approving cost-neutral short-term changes and authorizing a 30-day public comment period on a proposed change to the fixed Annapolis route to a door-to-door service pilot.
