It seems to me the era in of charismatic ego is ending, and the query now is about what OS steps in (personally and culturally) when the old one has become worn and no longer serves...and what is stepping up is delightful and so far eludes labels🪷

Less can be more. I never paid attention to catalog since it's a subset of Prolog. Well, because it's simple. It can map to SQL. So you get 2 different ways to view your data. It makes it easy to use any sql backend and gain all it's query optimizations...

I would settle for "was still coherent".

An AI query suggestion - based on the last fifty public appearances in which they spoke extemporaneously - what is the number of words still in the vocabularies of Donald Trump, Hillary Clinton and Kamala Harris?
It would be better if the president of the United States were not crazy.

"An LLM can't answer questions about my own documents."

It can if you hand it the right pieces. ChromaDB stores your text as lists of numbers, so you can find the parts that match a question and pass them to the model.

The trade-off depends heavily on query intent. Informational queries take the biggest hit when opting out, whereas transactional pages might see less direct impact. It is also worth monitoring whether the lost traffic had high engagement or mostly bounce-heavy quick answers.

One of the hardest parts of querying is receiving rejection after rejection without knowing what needs improvement.
