I have tried medications that seemed to help, only to have them fizzle really quickly, multiple times, so I am trying to not get too excited. But Qulipta might be a game-changer?

Adjusting to Qulipta. I am tired, but the constant pressure and pain in my head have been pretty drastically reduced, so here's hoping the fatigue dissipates.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts and experiences. Wrote the doc and expressed concern about topiramate, and the doctor said that she will try to get prior authorization for Qulipta instead. We'll see how that goes. Also inquired about a referral for PT, per y'all's suggestions.

You guys… my hip doesn’t hurt *at all* today. Like so not at all I’m noticing the mild neuralgia my Qulipta doesn’t squash. ✨

Woke up to cold fog, with my hips and neck hurting more than they’ve hurt in… months. And maybe a migraine. Qulipta and ibuprofen and water and cereal and… may not be able to resist the nap today.

Migraine never let up. This is day 2, and I took both doses of Ulbrelvy stacked with Qulipta and 800mg of ibuprofen. I drank so much water. Even napped.
I’m having a moment of silence for the meds not working. The idea of taking two full weeks off my Qulipta and a month off Ulbrelvy to reset is 😭

Migraine never let up. This is day 2, and I took both doses of Ulbrelvy stacked with Qulipta and 800mg of ibuprofen. I drank so much water. Even napped.

And now I get to spend my whole lunch break on the phone with Blue Cross Blue Shield bc they won't pay for Botox to avoid migraines, they won't pay for Qulipta, my preventative migraine med, and they won't pay for Fioricet which is the only med that helps with the pain when I get a migraine 🤦🏻♀️

Y'all, this higher dose of Qulipta is goddamn magic. I am in SO much less pain. It's wild. I wake up perky and feeling good in my body?!?!?!?!!!!!!111

I was having a sensory overload moment because surprise, neurodivergency, when I realized my new migraine medication has all but DEADEN my fibromyalgia pain centers????? So the migraine medication ended up ending my pain points?!

Qulipta is what managed to finally break me out of my hell of 20+ days/month with migraine. Doesn't prevent them completely though, I still get a couple breakthroughs each month.
