So, #secondlife, before everyone freaks out, they ran Qurrent on their SUPPORT systems, it's not running the ConvAI bots. ConvAI is a company OUTSIDE Linden Lab that they're renting from. Is it worrisome? Sure. But using previous support stuff as training data is literally covered in their TOS.

So, #secondlife, before everyone freaks out, they ran Qurrent on their SUPPORT systems, it's not running the ConvAI bots. ConvAI is a company OUTSIDE Linden Lab that they're renting from. Is it worrisome? Sure. But using previous support stuff as training data is literally covered in their TOS.
