Now there are tons of women OBGYNs in the county. My mom is 76 and is still working among them, mentoring yet another generation. She has delivered babies and grandbabies of her first patients. That’s my mom. She is the best. And now, she’s been recognized as a Fellow of the RCOG for her work! 🥇🏆

It’s also a risk to pregnant women if they catch it and to their baby. Catching it as an adult can be extremely unpleasant. I remember it well - I was so ill.
